Donne River

Follow the Grave-Talbot Track until it starts to swing southwards. Ford the Gulliver River and head through through heavy bush aiming to meet the Donne River at around the 300m contour (CB08 037 380). It may be possible to ford the river and follow mossy bush on the true left until the valley opens out at around the 500m contour, but staying on the true right is also valid. When descending the valley, if the river level is low, it’s possible to boulder-hop on the true left from about CB08 039 381 the all the way to the road.
