From Boys Col cross the west Snowball Glacier and ascend the north face,
or traverse Mt Amundsen from Boys Col or Key Dome. The west Snowball Glacier can also be reached from O’Leary Pass across snowfields on the Joe River side of Ferrier, Bernard and Ian. This gives an ice or rock route to the top.
