Begins about 80m right (south) of the base of the major gully. Climb up for three pitches (crux) and then head left on a rising traverse to reach a rib of good rock in the middle of the face. Climb this, then:
(i) head right on a rising traverse to top out sooner, as on the first ascent; or
(ii) finish directly up the unclimbed rib, which appears to offer some of the best climbing on the face.
Rock quality on this route is good apart from two chossy pitches on the leftwards traverse.
