Wellington’s rugged coastline is especially suited to bouldering: Baring Head, Turakirae Head, Pukerua Bay and Boom Rock. Titahi Bay has airy trad climbing and there are friction slabs at Tinui in the Wairarapa.

I am new to NZ and am keen to check out some of the climbing areas around Wellington. I haven't climbed much this year, but would love to get back into it and do a couple of confidence booster climbs at an indoor gym if anyone is keen? I'm also keen on being a belayer if anyone needs a catch?
Over and out!
