The Ning Nong boulder is a small, esoteric venue located on the south-eastern coast of Palliser Bay, east of Lake Ferry at Te Humenga Point. It’s really only worth a visit if you are in the area!
Take the Cape Palliser turn-off from the Martinborough–Lake Ferry road. After about 23km you’ll see the boulders on the left, just over a fence. If you get to Ngāwi, you’ve gone about 9km too far.
