Elcho Pass | 2 |
|
||||||||
From Elcho Hut travel upstream for an hour then follow the North Branch of
Elcho Stream until a prominent debris-filled gully leads up towards Elcho
Pass. The approach near the pass on the eastern side is bluffy and can be
corniced, but is easy from the west.

The approaches to the pass are easy on the western side. From downstream of
Kea Flat on the Landsborough River follow Kea Stream taking the northern
branch at the fork near bush-edge and enjoy the wander over rock and scree to
the pass
