The Dragon's Lair

Just to the right of the last route on the Floating Pillar there is a broken wall with vegetated ledges. A trail leads up from the top of this wall back to the top of the floating pillar.

From here a rough trail north heads down a slab with hand-line into the creek bed. Continue north then up and along the base of the Dragon's Claw.

Fun climbing on the arete and corner. Finishes on the ledge at a double bolt anchor, but could possibly top out at a mid 20's grade.

The easiest way back up to the top. The crux is delicate bridging off the upper ledge to top out.

Starts easily up the corner but has a tricky, strenuous, sting in its tail. Well protected though.
