The short summit ridge from
The short summit ridge from the top of the Whale Stream route is pinnacled with the 300 metres just before the summit being made up of a number of tors that have to be traversed which are exposed and very loose in places. I wonder if this summit ridge is a victim of increasing storms and erosion as it is not the walk in the park that some have written in years past. ...at least without any snow on it.
