Beginning at BY15 512 381, follow a good animal trail leading through light scrub and tussock up the spur on the true right of the creek draining Reticence Peak. Higher up follow east scree slopes to the summit.

Climb into the snow basin south of Reticence Peak via the stream north of S Bend Creek. Climb the snowfield on the south face aiming for the ridge 200m west of the summit then follow the easy ridge to the high point.
