Sealy Range

Easily accessible from Aoraki Mount Cook village, these peaks provide short, relatively easy introductory climbs for those seeking a gentle introduction to the region. The southern faces above the upper Dobson valley are long and demanding alpine rock climbs.
Mt Edgar Thomson just south of the Sealy Range also has several excellent and accessible introductory routes.
