Ascend scree gut between Tooth Peak and Pt. 2017, then ascend relatively solid rock gully on climber's left. Begin rising traverse into an ascending corner, then terraces and a slab to gain the east ridge. Ridge steepens towards top, with a prominent step. Variable rock quality, and most parties will find a selection of slings and pitons at minimum handy for descent.
