Unnamed stream

The unnamed stream east of Prelude Peak, flowing into the eastern end of Lyell Lake, provides access to
the Jollie Sisters and several unnamed peaks to the west, and also to peaks at the head of Kirk Stream.
Pick a route up through steep scrub to the east of the stream – once above the scrub and stream,
routes exist to basins and peaks to the south and east. To reach Kirk Stream continue south, following
a small spur towards Pt 1753 metres. From here there are three options : head west over a saddle and
down into Kirk Stream above the gorge ; sidle to the south and meet Kirk Stream at a small lake ; or
sidle even further to reach the glacier below Mt Renegade and head down to the Kirk Glacier from
there.
