Type
Part of
East of Cattle Stream the Ragged Range comprises tramping country and smaller rocky peaks linked
by broad ridges and scree slopes. Many of these peaks are not especially striking but benefit by being
away from the Divide and able to provide a day’s exercise in marginal weather. This range also provides
good ski touring terrain, although no high huts are present to use as a base.
