From Double Hut

From the Lake Heron car park follow the Swin River track to Double Hut (about
10kms). From Double Hut follow the South Branch of the Swin River to where
the obvious ridge meets the river. Continuing on up the right branch 50-100m
affords easy access to the ridge. It's possible to take the scree slope down
the north side of the ridge and follow the branch back to the stream
junction.
