The long ridge connecting Mt Edgar Thomson with Mt Sealy provides exposed steep scrambling, but is very loose in places. Some parties have loved it; others not so much! This route has also been known as the Hoophorn Ridge – just don't confuse it with Hoophorn Spur. Descend to the Metelille Glacier.
