Ryans Spur

Beginning about 1.5 km upstream of Rough Creek, ascend through bush up the prominent spur (Ryans Spur), which leads to the summit via a scrub and tussock ridge. Careful navigation is required during the descent at the level section around 1020m – make sure you get onto Ryans Spur, not the spur leading south.
