The access track is on private property. From the Hospital Flat car park, cross the road, then the stile, and follow the marked track northeast towards the far cliffs and a farm gate about 500m away. To reach the lower wall, the prominent cliff near ground level, either cross the stream and the fences to find the access or abseil down from the upper tier.
