Delta Ridge is the spur that Ruapehu Hut sits on. The ridge ends at Delta Corner, only a couple of minutes’ walk south of the hut. A variety of ice smears and mixed routes can be found here and on the cliffs that run parallel to the Waterfall T-bar, down from the corner. Grades WI1–3, 5–15m high.
